After 6 years of teaching in schools, colleges and academies we have seen first hand just how good yoga is for children of all ages. We find that the younger classes love creating shapes, moving their bodies and (honestly) finding stillness! Studio One was opened in 2014 by Michelle Almond, a yoga teacher of 12 years who has taught everywhere! Michelle moved to Standish in 2008 and started teaching classes at Standish High School, Mossy Lea Village Hall and many more. Alongside this she was completing a PhD with the eventual aim of becoming a lecturer.
