We are a family of climbers and skiers/snowboarders, so as we’re approaching a trip at home or abroad we tend to change up our practice a little to prepare our bodies with a little more focus. I’ve no doubt after you’ve read that first sentence you’ll feel a little different; hopefully better. Possibly the one defining element yoga has when compared to any other form of physical activity such as gymnastics or calisthenics is the connection of movement to breath.
