This class has been designed to create a coming together of the Mind, Body and Spirit. The class may be dynamic and focus on strengthening postures or it may be a slower flow with an emphasis on mobility and flexibility.

Our next level vinyasa class will start to build your practice as we develop strength and techniques to attempt arm balances and inversions. It’s playtime!

This does exactly what it says; it’s a chance to practice mobility drills to improve physical wellness, flow through a vinyasa practice and end with a meditation technique - the perfect combo!

Every Saturday morning we start the day with an advanced practice with a difference. Moving 360° around the mat we begin to create our own practice as yoga students.
