Beginners Classes

Flow Classes

  • This class has been designed to create a coming together of the Mind, Body and Spirit. The class may be dynamic and focus on strengthening postures or it may be a slower flow with an emphasis on mobility and flexibility.

  • Creative sequences to challenge and inspire your practice. Focus on various elements of a yoga practice and begin to build the heat.

  • The perfect start to a Sunday morning; move your body, work with your breath and find a way to move with ease and grace.

Advanced Classes

  • Our next level vinyasa class will start to build your practice as we develop strength and techniques to attempt arm balances and inversions. It’s playtime!

  • This does exactly what it says; it’s a chance to practice mobility drills to improve physical wellness, flow through a vinyasa practice and end with a meditation technique - the perfect combo!

  • Every Saturday morning we start the day with an advanced practice with a difference. Moving 360° around the mat we begin to create our own practice as yoga students.
